The Clinical Research On QingWeiQuShiFang Treating The Chronic Superficial Gastritis (CSG) With Hp Infection

ObjectivesObserving my mentor's experiencial recepto QingWeiQuShiFang(Chuanlianzi lOg Yanhusuo 15g Pugongying 15g Sheshecao 15g Yinchen 15g HuanglianlOg Zhishi 15g Houpu 15g Ji neijin 15g Haipiaoxiao 15g Dangshen 15g Baizhu 15g Gancao 6g) and Rabeprazole triple therapy(Rabeprazole10mg bid+amoxicillinl.0 bid+ Clarithromycin0.5 bid) to cure the Hp correlative Chronic Superficial Gastritis(CSG) with Randomized Study, then analysing and evaluating the differencese of These therapeutic effects between the Troditional tharapy and Modern medcine therapy in curing the desease of CSG with Hp infection. By these to provide some clinical research evidences in treating the CSG which is liver stagnation and spleen deficiency with the exopathogen of Hot and humid by using the recepto QingWeiQuShi Fang.Methods1.We choose 70 cases which are eligible to the Research from Jun 2010 to Apr 2011 in the outpatients of GuangDong Second Hospital of TCM, then devide these cases into the troditional tharapy group and the modern medcine therapy group. there is no differrence of the age/sex/course of the disease/severity/Hp infection of the patients between two groups in statics (p>0.05).2. The troditional tharapy group is gived the treatment of QingWeiQuShiFang which is including the medcine of Chuanlianzi lOg Yanhusuol5g Pugongyingl5g Sheshecaol5g Yinchenl5g HuanglianlOg ect. The usage is take one dose a day, take the soup 300ml per dose, drink it twice in the morning and in the evening. using continualy for twenty eight days.3,The modern medcine therapy group are giving Rabeprazole 10mg bid,amoxicillinl.0 bid,Clarithromycin0.5 bid every day. the Rabeprazole triple therapy are giving continually for seven days. And then giving the patients the Hydrotalcite Tablets 1.0 tid for twenty one days. 4. When these two groups'treatment are all fininshed. then recheck 14C Urea Breath Test to see the changes in Helicobacter pylori (Hp) eradicating after the treatment, we also obverse and evaluate the syndrome improvement, and the symptom improvement(Abdominal, distension/ belching/ full bilge postprandial acid anorexia ect) by analysing the changes in integration during the treatment. when the treatments are finished for 3weeks, we call the patients to make sure and record whether their symptoms is get better or get worse by follow-up visits.5. SPSS17.0 software is used to assess whether comparable and related material and the differences in the treatment in the Statistical analysis of data in research.Results1.In the eradication of helicobacter pylori (Hp), the rate of recovery in troditional medcine tharapy group is 8.5% compare to 57.1% in the mordern group,the effective rate is 20% in both group. And the rate of inefficiency in troditional tharapy group is 71.5% compare to 22.9% in the modern medcine therapy group. These data show that there are differences between two groups by the statistic analysing. which modern triple therapy is more effectly than the troditional tharapy group in curing the Hp(p<0.05).2. Though in the eradication of helicobacter pylori (Hp), modern triple therapy is more effectly than the troditional tharapy group. But in improving the symptoms of Abdominal distension or pain/belching/full bilge postprandial acid anorexia ect,the troditional tharapy group is much more useful than the mordern medcine. By the research we find that in the group of TCM the recovery rate is 2.9%, and Significant efficiency is 37.1%, efficiency rate is 40.0% cholesteatoma caters without efficiency 20.0%, compare to 2.9%,17.1%,37.1%,42.9% in the mordern medcine group, these data show that there is no differences between two groups. but if evaluating the therapeutic effect of single symptom the the troditional tharapy is more effecter than the modern triple therapy(p <0.05). If evaluate the treative effection of single symptoms, we find that the TCM have more superiority than the other. but the symptom of postprandial acid is in contrary. Besides, in the modern triple therapy group the symptom of dry and bitter get worse, dizziness, wracked with nausea is arosed in 3 cases during the treatment. There is no other serious ADRs in the research. Conclusion:By this research, we realize that the repito of QingWeiQushi Fang is not good at releasing the Helicobacter pylori(Hp),which is that the Rabeprazole triple therapy is superior to the QingWeiQushi Fang. But in the other way, for the improvement of the syndrome and the single Syndrome of abdominal distensionial pain\belching\sourregurgitation, the QingWeiQushi Fang treatment is obviously better than western medicine treatment.
