Tongluo Shenggu Capsules Disuse Osteoporosis Treatment Study

Objective:To investigate the effect of Tongluo Shenggu Capsules on the osteoporosis induced by stress absenceMethod:1. Fourty male SD rats were randomly divied into four groups nomal control model conrol high and low dose drug groups Besides the nomal control group,all animals in other three group were subjected to tai I suspension test for 21 days the animals in drug groups were adm inistered Tongluo Shenggu Capsule. The bone metabolism markers and biomechanical parameters were determined. Reusult Cpmpared with the nomal control group,the alkaline phosphatase (ALP) and the concentration of calcium in serum of model group was decreased significantly,the area and thickness of bone tranecula,the amount of osteoblast were decreased obv i ously, compared to the model control. Tongluo chenggu capsules could increase ALP, the area and thickness of bone tranecula and thickness of bone tranecula and the osteob last amount.2. After 1 month, after 3 months and 6 months after determination of X films gray, Results in Table 5. As can be seen from Table 5, Comparison of the contralateral affected side after 1 month, Gray value of the affected side was significantly higher (P<0.05), Statistically significant, Note the affected side of patients after 1 month is too long braking time, Ipsilateral severe bone loss; 3 months after the medication affected side compared with the affected side after 1 month were significantly different, Tip 3 months after medication has improved osteoporosis, But there are still some differences between the healthy side comparison; Medication in June hips and hips after 1 month were significantly decreased compared gray (P<0.01), And no significant difference compared with the normal side (P>0.05) Tip of osteoporosis have been cured; Tongmai into a capsule description of the stress caused by osteoporosis, lack of good treatment.Conclusion:1. Osteonecrosis pain and TCM syndrome have some correlations.2. tongluo Shenggu capsules could enhance the growth of bone and could be used to treat osteoporotic induced by stress absence.
