| ObjectivesTo optimize the polymerization conditions of Valsartan imprinted polymer and prepare the MIP of Valsartan, the purpose in this dissertation is to apply the MIP to direct extraction the template's analogues by Valsartan-MIP from Chinese herbs.MethodsPreparation of MIP is used in bulk; template molecule is removed by Soxhlet extraction;The molecular recognition of the MIP is evaluated by combination of ability and HPLC.The selection of structural analogues from the Traditional Chinese Medicine compounds is by HPLC.Apply the MIP-SPE to isolate and inrich the structural analogue of Valsartan from the Chinese honeysuckle, chrysanthemum and mulberry leaves.ResultsThe result of MIP's experimention show that Valsartan-MIP has good selectivity to valsartan and its analogues chlorogenic acid;The Valsartan-MIP can extract chlorogenic acid from the Chinese honeysuckle, Chrysanthemum and mulberry leaf extracts directly.ConclusionThe results show that the MIP is effective to extract the specific compouds from Chinense herbs. The MIP is selectively to collect template and its analogues which have the similar sample size and structure. The template having active compound was used to prepare MIP,not only can extract the template, but also other active compounds of the template's structural analogues.At present, the use of MIP in the extracting and screening functional components of Chinese herbs has not been reported in the literature at home and abroad. |
