Objective:From the perspective of disease and syndrome preliminary research the Spleen deficiency syndrome of chronic superficial gastritis quantitative diagnosis. and develop a "chronic superficial gastritis diagnosis of spleen deficiency syndrome Scoring table" Combined of disease and syndrome. finally, establish a criterion of CSG's spleen deficiency syndrome diagnostic.Methods:1,We collected cases of chronic superficial gastritis in endoscope room and inpatient of the Affiliated Hospital of Guangzhou University of Traditional Chinese Medicine, record patients'four diagnostic information.2,According to the "Guiding principles for new drug clinical research of Chinese medicine" Ministry of Health issued in 1993, we divided the cases into the spleen deficiency syndrome group and the Non-deficiency syndrome group.3,Lists the frequence and frequency of each symptom index, and we get "90 patients with symptoms of chronic superficial gastritis frequency" (ie Table 1). analyze four diagnostic information we have collected before based on the maximum likelihood principle, and lists the discriminant formula (ie Equation 2 and 3).
