| Objective:Processing of hepatic arteriography image before and after interventional TACE treatment to preliminary analysis of the characteristics and significance of various hemodynamic parameters and evaluate the correlation between liver hemodynamics and lipiodol deposition.Methods:Photoshop software was used to process hepatic arteriography images before interventional TACE treatments.ROIS were drawn in cancer,paracancer liver tissue and background liver tissue foci respectively to generate the TDC of each ROI. Then, each TDC was analysized to obtain related hemodynamics parameters:TS,TP,PV,TD,Ku and Kd. Comparative analysis of lipiodol emulsions deposition in the same ROIS before and after TACE,then divided into good and poor lipiodol emulsions deposition group,and analysis of the differences of various hemodynamic parameters of two groups and the correlation of lipiodol emulsions deposition. Patients were classified as responders or non-responders based on follow-up DSA evidence of lipiodol emulsions deposition,and the appearance of new lesions.Results:â‘ There was significant difference in Ku and Kd between each two groups of the TDC. Ku and Kd in cancer>paracancer liver tissue>background liver tissue; Significant difference in TD and PV also existed between the TDC of cancer and other two groups,but no significant difference existed between paracancer liver tissue and background liver tissue;No significant difference was observed in TP between each two groups.â‘¡Significant difference in TD and PV existed between the good and poor lipiodol emulsions deposition group; However no significant difference was observed in Ku,Kd and TP.Conclusion:â‘ In the TDC of cancer,paracancer liver tissue and background liver tissue,PV,TD,Ku,Kd have significant differences in three groups.These hemodynamics parameters reflect to the hemodynamics differences between three groups.â‘¡TD mainly relate to the lipiodol deposition.,and it could be used to evaluate the curative effect of TACE. |
