Auricularia auricular (L.e (xHook) Underw), alias "Mu Er" or "DingYang", it is a kind of edible fungus. Through the study, found that Auricularia contained polysaccharide, adenosine, melanin, ergosterol, phospholipids class and vitamins, and had lipid-lowering antithrombotic, resist radiation and resistance mutations, antioxidation, anti-aging, fall blood sugar, anti-cancer biological activities. For further research on the chemical compositions and biological activities of auricularia, we studied the chemical composition and anti beaten platelet aggregation, antiangiogenic actiities .The single factor experiment obtains the extraction condition is: Temperature 80℃, solid-liquid ratio 1:8,time 3h, triplicate. Results of Single factor analysis of variance show that extraction temperature, solid to liquid ratio, extraction time and extraction times on the Auricularia extracts may have a certain impact (extraction temperature, F=6127.11; solid-liquid ratio, F=6.49; extraction time ,F= 339.2; extraction times F = 386.13).Six compounds were isolated from the chloroform and methanol extracts of Auricularia. By nuclear magnetic resonance method, mass spectrometry method, four compounds were identified. Respectively, uridine(Me-2),α- D - glucose (ME - 3), cerebral glucoside ester B (ME - 4), nerve sheath phospholipids (ME - 6),and the cerebral glucoside ester B was first isolated from the Auricularia extracts . The anticoagulant effects of methanol extract, ethyl acetate extract, chloroform extract, petroleum ether extract and ME-2 uridine glycoside, ME-4 ester cerebrosides B were assayed .The results showed that uridine obviously inhibited the platelet aggregation induced by ADP in vitro. Though other extract had not the property, they might have other biological activities. The antiangiogenesis effects of methanol extract, ethyl acetate extract, chloroform extract, petroleum ether extract and ME-2 uridine glycoside, ME-4 ester cerebrosides B were studied with transgenic zebrafish model as follow. The data showed that ethyl acetate ether extract and chloroform ether restrained the angiogenesis of embryos compared to control. However, ME-4 ester cerebrosides B in higher concentration induced zebrafish embryos teratogenesis.
