The Analysis Research On Resolution Mechanism Of Medical Dispute

In recent years,along with our country law system of continuous improvement and people health awareness of transformation,patients on the increase of medical effects expectations,legal rights consciousness enhancement , plus some media hype misleading, leading to the doctor-patient the contradictions between deepened ceaselessly,medical disputes is rising year by year. How to effectively solve the medical dispute, harmonious doctor-patient relationship, gradually become society, government and the medical profession concerned hot problems.
