Analyzing The Operation Of New Rural Cooperative Medical Care System In Linhe Bayannaoer City

China is a developing country that most people are peasants. In our country the problem of medical care has great effect on promoting development of rural area, enhancing the health of people and improving peasants'life. If we want to solve the problems of agriculture , rural area and peasant thoroughly, make the economy and society of urban and rural developed harmoniously, we should develop the medical treatment in rural area and set up the new rural cooperative medical care system. From 2003 China begin to carry out the new rural cooperative medical care. The new rural cooperative medical care is an essential content in our country's medical treatment reform.The government of Linhe area makes experiments in the new rural cooperative medical care, this is the experimental work in Inner Mongolia. From 2004 until now, this kind of medical care system works very well and makes lots of good effects, peasants who join it can prevent some serious illness better than before. The frame and the operating rules are basically formed. The author reads lots of document and makes survey, and analyzes the new rural cooperative medical care from the view of peasants. Analyze the joining situation, the raising and using situation of the fund, the starting line, the cost , the finishing line, and reimbursement ratio. While it works well, there are also some problems. It is better to take some measures to avoid problems in order to carry out the new rural cooperative medical care overall.
