| Objective:Using NMR (nuclear magnetic resonance) to screen discrepanct serum metabolomics between type 2 diabetes patients of the Xinjiang Uygur and kazak ethnics to analysis discrepancy of serum metabolomics.in Uygur and kazak ethnics. Methods:To collect 80 cases Uighur ethnic serum samples in Ku Che county of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region then divided them into NGT group (normal glucose tolerance n=26 M/F=13/13,mean age mean age51.7±8years), IFG group (impaired fasting glucose n=28 M/F=13/15, mean age50.4±12years), T2DM group (type 2 diabetes mellitus n=26 M/F1=13/13mean age 51±8.7years) respectively; to collect 86 cases kazak ethnic serum samples in Bu er jin county of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region then classified them as NGT group (normal glucose tolerance n=35 M/F=17/18 mean age 50.2±9.5years), IFG group (impaired fasting glucose n=21 M/F=11/10mean age 49.9±8.1 years); T2DM group(type2diabetes n=30 M/F=15/15 mean age 50.9±9.4years)respectively; application NMR technique combine with OPLS—DA (orthogonal partial least squares discriminant analysis) analyse serum metabonomics of T2DM groups, IFG groups, NGT groups between Uygur and kazak ethnics respectively, thereby identify metabonomics discrepancies in T2DM groups of different ethnics.Results:Compared with Uighur ethnic NGT group,there were significant serum metabonomics discrepancies(P<0.05) in T2DM group;Compared with kazak ethnic NGT group. there were significant serum metabonomics discrepancies(P<0.05) in T2DM group.Compared with NGT group, some metabonomics discrepancies(P<0.05)have shown in IFG group in Uighur ethnic; moreover, compared with IFG group, some metabonomics discrepancies(P<0.05)have shown in T2DM group in Uighur ethnic as well.We have found eight kinds of divergent serum metabonomics, such as isoleucine,leucine in comparison of T2DM group with IFG group in Uighur ethnic (P<0.05);we also found reduction of some amino acids level such as alanine, glutamine, ganimalon between comparison of two ethnics(P<0.05),Conclusion:The discrepancies of serum metabolomics between type 2 diabetes patients and normal glucose tolerance individuals in Uygur and kazak ethnics may result from interaction of genetic factors and environmental factors. |
