| Objective:To compare the therapeutical effect of venous and uterine arterial neoadjuvant chemotherapy on stageâ… B2-â…¡B cervical cancer, in order to irect the healing of clinic。Methods:A retrospective study was carried out on 142 patients with FIGO stageâ… B2-â…¡B cervical cancers admitted to our hospital fro m Feb 2007 to Sept 2009。These patients are divided into two groups:venous chemotherapy (68 cases) and ultraselection uterine arterial interventional che motherapy (74 cases)。After 2 weeks on the end of the last NACT, combining gynaecological check-up, pelvic imaging examinations,evalua the curative eff ect. The value of different NACT was evaluated by contrasted the effective rat e, toxin and side effec t, and the results of pathology。Results: In the venous group, The effective rate was 64.7%。While the arterial group was 70.3%。The differences between them showed no significance (P>0.05).During neo adjuva nt chemotherapy in arterial group the organization of the uterus is bette r than that in venous and those of with diff erence (P>0.05); the toxic and adverse effects and the time of recovering in uterine group are smaller than th at。Two groups were almost the same in pathology ou tcomes after operation (P>0.05)。Conclu sions:venous and ultr aselection uterine art erial interv en tional neoa djuvantch emo therapy are efficient in stageâ… B2-â…¡B cervical ca ncer.When the conditions of the organization of uterus is poor,we recommen d the arterial chemotherapy,and only if the size of the tumor is big,we select th e correct on e on the basis of the patient's characteristics。... |
