Objective:To explore the feasibility and value of laparoscopic cholecystectomy through a transumbilical single incison.Method:The clinical data of 88 patients who underwent Laparoscopic cholecystectomy were retrospectively analyzed, of which 60 underwent Laparoscopic cholecystectomy(LC group) through multiple incision, And 28 underwent transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy (TUSPLC group), of which 24 underwent with conventional laparoscopic instruments,4 underwent with Multi-channel port and flexible instruments. Contrasts in its margin length, the bleeding amount in the operation, the surgery time, postoperative complications, time of first walk, time of starting oral intake after surgery, the mitigative use, incision fat liquefaction, be hospitalized date after operation.Result:All operations were successful, no post-operative and intraoperative complications occurred in both groups. As to the margin length, be hospitalized date after operation, TUSPLC group obviously is superior to the LC group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Transumbilical single-port laparoscopic cholecystectomy is a minimally invasive, safe and effective procedure for benign diseases of the gallbladder with excellent cosmetic results. Multi-channel port and flexible instruments are useful to decrease the difficulty level of the procedure.
