Bcl-2, as the first discovered apoptosis inhibiting factor, is the main apoptosis inhibiting molecule of Bcl-2 family's proteins, existed in some normal tissues, like immune, nervous and endocrine system, however, it's represent low-expression or non-expression in the cells of which are in the progress of apoptosis. It's already verified of bcl-2's over-expression in tumor tissues, which is related to the oncogenesis. Although Survivin and bcl-2 run respective anti-apoptosis function separately, according to the research, this two anti-apoptosis function are cooperative. Perhaps there's some congenerous transcription activate mechanism between them so as to be in conjunction with each other in anti-apoptosis of malignant tumor.Aim to research the expression of Survivin and bcl-2, as well as their relationship, seek for the function of Survivin and bcl-2 about the Colorectal Carcinoma's nosogenesis and biological behavior, provide a new indicator for it's integrated condition evolution and treatment. Survivin can be believed to be one of indicator of Colorectal Carcinoma's early diagnosis and unfavourable prognosis, meanwhile, be deem to be the ideal targeted treatment symbol of Colorectal Carcinoma.2. bcl-2 play a significant role in pathogenesy of Colorectal Carcinoma, its expression's high or low is irrelevant with clinicopathologic parameter of Colorectal Carcinoma.3. the expression in Colorectal Carcinoma of Survivin and bcl-2 has positive correlatability, the combination of both can be considered as reference factor of diagnosis, and provide theory basis for the targeted gene treatment of Colorectal Carcinoma. |
