Clinical Observation Of Acupoints Sticking With Jia Wei You Gui Bu Shen Fang Treating Spleen Deficiency Syndrome Of Chronic Aplastic Anemia

Objective:In order to looking for more effective treatment of chronic aplastic anemia approach, comparative clinical observation on the acupoints sticking with Chinese medicine and traditional Chinese medicine treatments of chronic aplastic anemia patients with yang deficiency of spleen and kidney.Methods:The 40 patients picked at random and should be divided into two groups, treatment group (acupoints sticking with Chinese medicine treatment group) and control group (traditional Chinese medicine treatment group). Treatment group by using acupoints sticking and taking Jiaweiyouguibushenfang(an oral Chinese medicine), the control group only taken Jiaweiyouguibushenfang. The course treatment should be 3 months. Compare the Effect,Clinical syndromes and differences of the Blood Tests, Myelogramm in this observation period.Results:1.1 patient was in remission,12 patients were significant effected,4 patients were effected, the total rate of reaction was 90% for the treatment group. There has no remission in the control group and with 5 patients were significant effected, 9 patients were effected, the total rate of reaction was 70%. According to the rank-sum test, significant differences effected results means a lot in statistics(P<0.05).2.Clinical syndromes of the treatment group was 95%, higher than 75%, the difference was very significant(P<0.01).3. After Treatment,the test results of hemoglobin (HB), red blood cell (RBC), white blood cell (WBC), reticulocyte (Ret), platelets (PLT) of treatment group and control group were much better than before (P<0.01).
