Investigating The Diagnosis And Treatment Regularity On The Intervention Of Sub-health With Traditional Chinese Medicine

Objective:To collect related literatures in treating sub-health with traditional Chinese medicine,to investigate the regular of disease location, disease nature,differentiation of symptoms and signs,and prescription and drugs application.Methods:Retrieval item:key words;docuterm:sub-health; sub-health status.Computer were used to retrieve Weipu consulation Chinese technologic journals database(2001.1-2010.12),Wanfang database (2001.1-2010.12), CNKI (China academic journals net publication database, Chinese important meeting paper database, 2001.1-2010.12),CBM(China Biology Medicine disc,2001.1-2010.1.2).Results:the literatures to be in line with requirement were 38 pieces of papers;the results indicated that the highest frequency of disease location was spleen and kidney type,the highest frequency of disease nature was type of deficiency of both qi and yin,the highest frequency of disease of treating method was invigorating the kidney—dispersing the depressed liver-energy—invigorating the spleen;fifty-five prescriptions contained 114 kinds of drugs,the drug, whose frequency was more than ten times,had 15 species;frequency was among 9 to 5, there were 21 species;the drugs,whose frequency was more than 5 times, were classified according their drug property.Drugs for invigorating vital energy:licorice root, Common Yan Rhizome,Largehead Atractylodes Rhizome,Milkvetch Root,Tangshen, Ginseng;Drug for regulating QI flow:Dried Tangerine peel;Hematonic drugs:Chinese Angelica, White peony Alba, Prepared Rehmannia Root; Drugs for tranquilizing by nourishing the heart:Thinleaf Milkwort Root, Spine Date Seed;Drug for inducing diuresis to alleviate edema:inducing diuresis to alleviate edema; Durg for dispersing the depressed liver-energy:bupleuri,radix;medicinal for arresting nocturnal emission;reducing urination and stopping leukorrhagia:Fructus corni;these drugs were the key drugs to treat sub-health; the main treating methods of sub-health was regulating and invigorating yin and yang, invigorating qi and blood,harmonizing liver and spleen; Guipi decoction, Liuweidihuang pill,Xiaoyao decoction, Buzhong-yiqi decoction were major prescriptions.Conclusion:These are certain regularity in the disease location, nature,treating methods of sub-health,spleen and kidney are the most frequent disease location,deficiency of both vital energy and yin is the most fundamental pattern of syndrome;Fifteen species of drugs were considered as key drugs to treat sub-health,on present, the main method that Traditional Chinese medicine regulates and treats sub-health is invigorating the kidney,dispersing the depressed liver-energy, invigorating the spleen.
