Results of all the data used SPSS17.0 statistical software for analysis, P<0.05 for a significant difference.Result(1)The Nausea:Comparison of two chemotherapy treatment on day 1,day 2,day 3 and day 7 valid control rate of nausea, rank-sum test showed P<0.05. there were significant differences between the two groups. Comparing the two groups with the duration of nausea by t test, The results showed that P<0.05. (2)The Vomit:Antiemetic treatment group and control group, the total effective rate was 96.9%,93.7% on day 1 after chemotherapy. Chi-square test prompted P>0.05. there were no significant difference between two groups. Delayed vomiting in in the treatment grou valid remission rates were higher than control group. Rank-sum test results indicate that P<0.01, with statistically significant difference between two groups. (3)The appetite:Comparison of two appetite after chemotherapy to improve the situation, by rank-sum test results, P<0.05.ConclusionThe Umbilical Compress Therapy combined with Granisetron Hydrochloride Granisetron Hydrochloride alone can more effectively improve with breast cancer chemotherapy induced nausea, delayed vomiting, and improve the appetite, improve the quality of life of patients.
