Although we have accumulated a lot of valuable clinical experience in the treatment of traumatic brain injury and conventional treatment tends to become standardized and scientized, but how to further improve the clinical treatment effects and enhance the cure rate and reduce complications remains to be improved.ObjectiveThe patients were managed by Xuefu Zhuyu decoction in peri-operation period and compared with traditional surgical procedues for their efficacies in treatment of traumatic intracranial hematoma. It can offer the systemic and scientific theoretics for the treatment of traumatic intracranial hematoma by the Traditional and Western medicine, moreover it can guide the clinic.MethodThe patients who were accord with the standard were divided into two groups (Therapeutic and Comparied)after distinguish the Chinese Medicine Syndrome Types of the investigative object.①Therapeutic group treated with Xuefu Zhuyu decoction orally and Western conservative treatment or surgery.②The Controlled group treated with Western conservative treatment or surgery.③Two groups of patients were given treatment accordingly,The assessment of efficacy, hematoma absorption rate (imaging), hospital stay and other related indicators were observed before and after treatment. Clinical results were analyzed.Results30 cases were operated by Xuefu Zhuyu decoction orally and western medicine or surgery, With 30 cases were operated western medicine or surgery. traumatic intracranial hematoma absorptivity:11 cases recovered,13 cases significantly effective,5 cases effectual and 1 case unfruitful, As for the control group,6 cases recovered,9 cases significantly effective,7 cases effectual and 3 cases unfruitful,5 cases grew worse 3 month later Oxford handicap scale (OHS) was used in analysing of Evaluation and Prediction. The result was that 20 cases were significantly effective,5 cases were effectual 2 cases were progressed better and 3 cases were unfruitful, no death; As for the control group,9 cases were significantly effective,6 cases were effectual 3 cases were progressed better and 10 cases were unfruitful, no death. According to Chi-square test, The results showed that the curative effect of observation group was better than that of control group (P<0.05). The the admission day was 13.50±4.98 in the treatment group and 21.30±10.30 in the control group, with a very significant difference between the two groups (P<0.05).Conclusion clinical application of Xuefuzhuyutang decoction, a representative prescription of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood statis, combined with western medicine or surgery in the treatment of traumatic intracranial hematoma can promote the absorption of haematoma, reduce the second operstion radio, lower the incidence of epilepsy and other postoperative complications and symptoms, improve the life quality of operated patients greatly.Because the literature which refer to the investigation of my disquisition is relatively singularly beforetime, as well as they were lack of detailedly and scientific treatise, the innovation of this disquisition is obvious. We can make the conclusion that curative effect of the Xuefuzhuyutang decoction, a representative prescription of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood statis, is reliably among the treatment of traumatic intracranial hematoma. This paper studied five factors of the two groups, collected and analyzed data to draw a conclusion, and it was quite scientific. In a word, clinical application of Xuefuzhuyutang decoction, a representative prescription of activating blood circulation to dissipate blood statis, combined with western medicine or surgery in the treatment of traumatic intracranial hematoma has positive effects and low cost. It guides a new pathway for the treatment of Traditional and Western Medicine, so the foreground in the clinic will be extensively.
