The Impact Of Pulmonary Function In JingLuoZhuXue Therapy Combining With Seretide On Asthma (Persistent)

ObjectiveThe research observes the improvement of pulmonary function (FEV1%pre,PEF% pre) and the control situation of asthma patients who are treated by the JingLuoZhuXue therapy combining with Seretide (50μg/250μg) and Seretide (50μg/250μg) only, we could evaluate the clinical effect of JingLuoZhuXue therapy combining with Seretide in curing the asthma (persistent).MethodsAccording to inclusion criteria, We selected 60 patients from out-patients who see a doctor during April 2010 to April 2011 in Guangdong Province of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Hospital, randomly divide into the treatment group and the control group. The treatment group takes JingLuoZhuXue therapy combining with Seretide. It takes 3ml of blood from patients themselves and lines point injection. There is three treatments,the first treatment is to release asthma and chogh, choices the points:Ding Chuan, FeiShu, Zu San Li, Qu Chi, Fen Men, the second is to improve the Spleen so as to the Lung, choices the points:Ding Chuan, Pi Shu, Feng Long, Tian Tu, Da Zhu, the third is to tonify the Lung and the Kidney, choices the points:Ding Chuan, FeiShu, Zu San Li, Shen Shu, Qu Chi. It is ten days for each treatment and injects twin poins pertime twice a day, changes different point by turns. There is ten days among each treatment. At the same time, It takes the Seretide which produced by Glaxo Smith Kline Company in British twice a day, a smoke pertime for 3 months. The control group uses the Seretide which produced by Glaxo Smith Kline company in British only. It takes twice a day, a smoke pertime for 3 months. We observe pulmonary function and asthma control situation of both groups between pre-treament and 3 months after treatment.Results1. Before treatment the general condition (gender, age, cause of disease) and the pulmonary function (FEVl%pre,PEF%pre), the difference was not statistically significant, therefore the two groups were comparable.2. In the therapy group, the difference significant of FEV1% pre between, pre-treatment and post-treatment is statistically(P<0.05), so is to the PEF% pre.3. In the control group, the difference significant of FEV1% pre between pre-treatment and post-treatment is statistically(P<0.05),so is to the PEF% pre.4. Between the two groups, the difference significant of FEV1% pre, when 3 months after treatment is statistically(P<0.05), so is to the PEF% pre.5. After treatment, according to efficacy criteria, There is 19 patients of full control,8 of partial control and 3 of uncontrol in the therapy group, the efficiency is 90.0%, and the control group 10 patients of full control, 14 of partial control and 5 of uncontrol, the efficiency is 82.8%, the difference significant is statistically (P<0.05).ConclusionJingLuoZhuXue therapy combining with Seretide can significantly improve the pulmonary function of FEV1% pre, PEF% pre in asthma patients, better than Seretide treatment. It also can achieve good asthma control, better than Seretide treatment.
