Effects Of Jia Wei Si Ni San On Heat Shock Prot 70 Expression In Stress Ulcer Rats

ObjectiveObserve the effect of Jia Wei Si Ni San to the express of Plasma levels of heat shock protein 70 of Stress ulcer rats. Investigate the protection of Jia Wei Si Ni San to the Gastric mucosa of ulcer. Provide experimental evidence for clinical treatment.Methods24 Male SD rats were divided into 4 groups using random number table:the normal group (SO group), the model group(SU group), the Famotidine treatment group(group A) and the Jia Wei Si Ni San treatment group(group B). Stress Ulcer rats (liver depression and qi stagnation syndrome) model Induced by Restraint Water-immersion Stress. After model established, group A and group B received gastric irrigation by Famotidine(20ml/kg) and herb liquor(20ml/kg) respectively for 2 days. Extract gastric fluid to test PH value, assess gastric mucosal ulcer index and ulcer inhibition score rate by Guth standard,observe histomorphology changes of gastric mucosa by HE staining method. Collecting blood in rats orbit of each group before stress, right after stress,6h after stress,12h after stress and 48h after stress respectively. Test Plasma levels of heat shock protein-70 by enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) method. Resultscompared to model group, ulcer index of group A and group B were both decreased (P<0.05). ulcer inhibition score rate shows that the protection of gastric mucosa of group B were more effective than group A (P<0.05).both Famotidine and Jia Wei Si Ni San can increase the express of heat shock protein-70(compare with each time points of model group P<0.01), for group B the Plasma levels of heat shock protein 70 was higher than group A at 6h after stress, 12h after stress and 48h after stress, which was corresponding to ulcer index. ConclusionsJia Wei Si Ni San can increase the express of Plasma levels of heat shock protein-70 of Stress ulcer rats and therefore can protect the gastric mucosa...
