| PurposeGradually, malignant tumor becomes one of the common diseases in China. Cancer prevention and treatment is facing unprecedented pressure. In 2020, new cases of cancer worldwide will reach 15 million cases,1,000,000 cases of death, including primary bronchus (lung cancer) to be the highest morbidity and mortality of disease. Dating back 10 years, under the case of the Chinese Medicine and Integrative Medicine for curing non-small cell lung cancer, traditional medicine has made some progress in the comprehensive treatment of lung cancer, especially in alleviating the symptoms, improving quality of life and prolonging survival, attenuating toxicity and enhancing efficiency of Traditional Chinese Medicine. However, there are still some deficiencies. China is the first country to study the relationship between region, climate and disease. "Via" points out:"Man and world are coherent", the body's own disease is related not only to the body, but also with the external environment, mainly with the season, climate, geographical close.This article attempts to provide clinicians in different regions with reference to medical treatment of lung cancer syndrome, to improve clinical efficacy of non-small cell lung cancer (NSCLC), to better play and integrated the comprehensive advantages of Traditional and Western medicine for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer. This study summarizes the experience of the treatment of advanced non-small cell lung cancer by the combination of Chinese medicine in the past 20 years, systematically inductive and analysis the function of Traditional Chinese Medicine and Integrative Medicine in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer; in addition, we collect the 30 hospitalized patients'information on intensive syndrome, treatment, and drug law in our department, through literature retrieval, north of Lingnan area' s patient data are summarized in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer medication characteristics, and by comparing the characteristics of the north Lingnan of medication, regular, investigate the drug characteristics and internal mechanism of Lingnan and north region of Lingnan, and to find the function of "the same disease with different treatment" theory in the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer.MethodsThis paper, major searches for papers in the period 1990-2010 for Chinese medicine compound decoction, prescription, medicine (including injections and capsules), acupuncture, or topical, Western medicine as a treatment with chemotherapy through the China Academic Journal, China' s outstanding master' s degree thesis, Ph.D. thesis, Database and full text database, and summarized the effective methods of the Integrated Traditional and Western medicine treatment and regularity. Results(1)The main selections of medicine for the treatment of non-small cell lung cancer in Lingnan and north region of Lingnan are medicines Chutansanjie medicine, detoxification drugs, fight like medicine and warm negatively drugs, blood circulation medicine The types of drugs, drug quantity and frequency of use, coincide with the majority of physicians' believe that Qiyinliangxu sydrom run through the main pathogenesis of disease, use Yangqiyiyin as the fundamental law in the course of treatment, According to the conditions of patients to make Sanjie medicine, detoxification drugs, fight like medicine, warm the blood circulation negatively drugs and medicine.(2) More yang yin than Yin Qi in tonic medicine in response to the "evil run dry lung hi" features. ConclusionLung cancer is the pathological products generated on the basis of lack of Yin and Yangqi, it was generated from endowments, or for six evils, or for food, or for cult poison, resulting in dysfunction of organs and meridians, lung failure declared down, air-negative, blood stasis, non-distribution of body fluid, phlegm and blood stasis, as to form overly a systemic virtual, partially substantiated disease. Chinese medicine treatment of lung cancer induced reduced tumor may not be obvious, but more is to reflected improvement of clinical symptoms and enhancement of quality of life. Integrative Medicine-of Chinese and western is superior in the inhibition of tumor growth, prolong survival of patients, improvement of clinical symptoms and improve quality of patients'life, and can improve the technology, radiation therapy, reduce side effects to solely western medicine treatment.China' s vast regional, climate distinction in regions, different eating habits, so as to show different factors and mechanisms of the disease. So in Lingnan and north region of Lingnan, they treated differently and medicated differently from person to person and from place to place, also, it reflects the Chinese Medicine's "the same disease with different governance" characteristics. |
