Observation Of Treatment With The Yiqiyangyin Qushitongluo Recipe Decoction On Changes In Patients With Early Diabetic Nephropathy

ObjectiveThrough the observation of treatment with the Yiqiyangyin,Qushitongluo recipe decoction on changes in patients with early type 2 diabetic nephropathy and hemorheology of research, clinical efficacy and effect on the blood rheology, and then analyzes the type of pathogenesis of diabetic nephropathy of Yiqiyangyin,Qushitongluo treatment of the disease mechanism. Through this study, not only to provide a reliable clinical and theoretical basis for Chinese medicine to treat the early clinical diabetic nephropathy, as well as the further development of a renal protective effects of traditional Chinese medicine to provide new ideas and research base.MethodsA case study of the experimental design method, select the April 2010-2011 years, between April Bao'an District, Shenzhen City, Guangdong Province, Chinese medicine hospital inpatient and outpatient internal medicine patients with 60 cases. Randomly divided into treatment group and control group were treated with conventional western medicine, the treatment group took Qi and yin, dampness meridians of Chinese medicine. By recording, analysis of the patient before and after treatment in Chinese medicine clinical symptom score, fasting glucose levels (FPG), postprandial 2h blood glucose, glycated hemoglobin (HbAlc), triglyceride (TG), total cholesterol (TC), high density lipoprotein cholesterol (HDL-C), low density lipoprotein cholesterol (LDL-C), 24-hour urine protein, serum creatinine (Cr), hemorheology, and analyzed statistically.ResultSymptom scores from the comprehensive evaluation of efficacy of treatment group and control group, total effective rate was 93.33% in the control group, the total effective rate was 66.67%, two groups are significantly different (P<0.05), shows excellent efficacy of the treatment group in the control group. Treatment group, FBG, PBG, HbAlc levels are decreased after treatment, the same group before and after treatment showed no significant difference (P>0.05), and between the two groups with the control group, no significant difference (P>0.05). Through statistical analysis showed that after treatment, TC, TG, HDL-C, LDL-C, Cr and 24h urinary protein was significantly decreased (P<0.01), compared with the control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05 or P<0.01). After treatment, blood rheology (high shear whole blood viscosity, whole blood viscosity, erythrocyte aggregation index, plasma viscosity) than the control group before treatment and after treatment were decreased significantly (P<0.05 or P<0.01); while the control group was not significantly reduced the above indexes (P>0.05).ConclusionMost of early diabetic nephropathy to Qiyinliangxu oriented, stasis for standard wet muddy, wet, muddy, cementation of stasis between the three drugs, the blood viscosity, poor context, toxin kidney injury network, so see protein urine, prolonged course, loss of government mistreatment, damage to internal organs, decline of yin and yang qi and blood, and further aggravate renal injury, variable cards abound. Through treatment with the Yiqiyangyin,Qushitongluo recipe decoction with conventional western medicine treatment of early diabetic kidney disease, can improve clinical symptoms, reduce urinary protein excretion, reduce blood viscosity, reduce kidney damage, thereby improving renal function, and delay the development of DN improve the quality of life of patients, its mechanism may be related to the improvement hypercoagulable state, to improve the glomerular basement membrane filtration. Through this study, not only to provide a reliable clinical and theoretical basis for Chinese medicine to treat the early clinical diabetic nephropathy, as well as the further development of a renal protective effects of traditional Chinese medicine to provide new ideas and research base.
