Assessment And Investigation Of Water Quality On Drinking Facilities Of Water-type Endemic Fluorosis Area In Central Gansu

Objective:To understand the improvemental effect for drinking supply facilities of water-type endemic fluorosis area in central Gansu Province, and found that the hygiene issues and related factors was existing·Methods:To carry out water hygienic evaluation with surveying, collecting, detecting water of facilities in water-type endemic fluorosis areas; To investigate users for the water supplyment,the water treatment situation, the surrounding environment,the water security,requirements and another aspects of issues·Results:The percent of pass of fluoride in the water facilities was 93·80% (85·71% drinking water project,92·94% original water,99·43% cellar); the total water quality passing rate is 24·26%(41·07% drinking water project,28·23% original water, 11·49% cellar);From the sub-item evaluation results,the percent of pass of microbial indicators was the lowest in all (49·60% total colon bacteria,72·51% total bacteria); The lower percent of pass of drinking water project indicators is the total coliform (63·39%), fluoride (85·71%), The lower that of cellar is the total coliform group (35·06%), heat-resistant coliform bacteria (42·18%); There were many risk factors in the water supply facility microbial contamination,like pollution of water points, no protection measures of water sources(cellars etc·),and poor hygiene habits·Conclusion:The water of drinking Facility of water-type endemic fluorosis area in central Gansu meet the demand for lower water fluoride, which of main problem is the microbiological hygiene indicators exceeded;There are more large number,more small scale drinking water safety projects in rural area, more difficult to carry out control and management; It was very important to protect to health and safety of rural residents that we would further strengthen the water-quality evaluation of water facilities,that has important theoretical and practical significance·...
