| In the modern society, the social medical treatment technology and the medical environment`s progressing. In the same time, the patients` demands are becoming more and more complex and various. To fulfill the all kinds of the patients` demand the medical organizations` duty are not only the curing the patients. In this environment, how to make the patients satisfied is the question that every medical organization has to deal with.The purpose of this thesis is the deeply analysis on the patient satisfaction. In this paper, we use the patient satisfaction as a measure of the key factors in the medical sector. We want to improve health care institutions as one of the ways economic and social benefits use patient satisfaction. The development of medical institutions and decision-making personnel decisions are based on those recommendations. Reference to specific method is very mature in the management of science the concept of customer satisfaction, combined with medical and health services industry characteristics, use of the concept of patient satisfaction to note the development of medical institutions influence and role. In this study, the analysis are based on in-depth of possible out-patient satisfaction on a variety of factors have affected, through analysis and screening to select out-patient satisfaction index system of indicators. Determine the quality of service, medical expenses, medical treatment, health effects, customer satisfaction and customer loyalty is a form-level indicator of the index system. According to their composition and characteristics of the 32 obtained three measurable indicators, use data and quantitative analysis of various indicators to their assigned weights with AHP method.Using the index system of a county general hospital of a second grade clinic evaluation of patient satisfaction was doing empirical research. Draw the following conclusions, first, the patient is still concerned about"medical effect"; second,"treatment wait time"has begun to attract attention, because patients want in a shorter period of time to get better medical care , maybe it consistent with this fast-paced modern people living and working; the last one, patients"imaging"is not very high satisfaction, the main reason is the hospital of medical devices for precision and accuracy may not meet the needs of patients. |
