The Detecting Serum Trab And Blood PDCD5 In Patients With Graves' Disease

Objective: GD is a kind of disease organ autoimmune, the reason of it is unclear. Nowday, scientist think It belong to two groups of Humoral immune and Cellular immune. Recent years some scientist think cell apoptosis and its control change is correlate with GD.The Purpose of this study is to investigate the expression of TRAb in serum,and PDCD5 in blood in Graves and GO patient. To discuss if they can be used in diagnose and treated of Graves and GO, and to study the relation between them with the size of thyroid gland.Methods: We collected blood samples of 73 hyperthyreosis and 30 health person in the cancer hospital of hebei university from May to October 2010, all the sample be take into 3 grope of GD, GO and GD, and the healthy.the amount of TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4, TSH, TPOAb and TRAb in serum been test by electrochemiluminescence, the expression of PDCD5 in granulocyte, monocyte, lymphocyte been test by flow cytometry.Result:1 The positive rate of TRAb in the 3 group.GD group: 10.09±10.31IU/L 71.74%GO group: 21.03±12.4IU/L 88.89%Healthy competate: 0.72±0.55IU/L 0The positive of TRAb in GO is higer than GD (p<0.05).2 Thyreocele: Grade I, the positive rate of TRAb is 16.81±9.66IU/L and 84.71% ; thyreocele: GradeII, the positive rate of TRAb is 17.31±11.03IU/L 79.86%; Grade III, the positive rate of TRAb is 19.39±5.45 IU/L and 91.72%, there are no diffirent between them (p>0.05).3 The correlation coefficient between TRAb and TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4 , TSH are 0.172, 0.173, 0.168, 0.024, 0.413, ( p>0.05), so we did not find TRAb correlate with TT3, TT4, FT3, FT4 , TSH.4 The FI of granulocyte, monocyte, lymphocyte in GD are 1.26±0.55, 1.07±0.09, 1.17±0.32, in GO and GD are 1.46±0.71, 1.24±0.29, 1.48±0.29. In health group are 0.61±0.47, 1.03±0.33, 0.85±0.17. the FI of granulocyte, lymphocyte in GD, GD and GO are higer than contant.5 We did not found any different beteen thyreocele and the three type of cells FI (p>0.05) .6 the expression of TPOAb in three kinds of goiter extent are Grade I,76.35±60.50; Grade II, 236.16±111.91; Grade III, 396.82±102.73(p <0.05).Conclusion:1 TRAb is high in GD and GO, but GO is higher than GD, so TRAb can be used in dignose and treatment of GD.2 TRAb no correlate with the size of thyroid gland and its function.3 PDCD5 is larger in granulocyte and lymphocyte of blood in person of GD, may do something in with GD patient.4 PDCD5 no correlate with the degree of thyroid gland.5 TPOAb is rise as the rise of the degree of thyroid gland.
