| Objective :To investigate the expression and clinical significance of GATA6, ROR2, and STAT3 in bladder transitional cell carcinoma(BTCC)。Methods:Expression of GATA6, ROR2, and STAT3 in 72 cases of BTCC detected by immunohistochemical SP method, and the results were analyzed statistically.Results:⑴The positive expression rate of GATA6 was significantly higher in recurrence group than in unrecurrence group(P<0.05),while the expression of GATA6 did not increase with the ascended differentiation grade and pathology staging(P>0.05).⑵Positive expression rate of ROR2 in BTCC increased with the increase of differentiation grade and pathology staging(P<0.05),and the expression rate of ROR2 was higher in recurrence group.⑶Positive rate of STAT3 in BTCC was significantly different among the different differentiation grade group(P<0.05), and was of no significant difference in pathology staging group and recurrences group(P>0.05).⑷There was a highly significant positive correlation between the expression of ROR2 and STAT3(rs= 0.443, P <0.05), but there was no significant positive correlation between ROR2 and GATA6, or significant positive correlation STAT3 and GATA6(P>0.05).Conclusion:GATA6, ROR2 and STAT3 might contribute to the development and recurrence of bladder transitional cell carcinoma. |
