Objective: To discuss the impact of Surface Gastrointestinal Pacemaker Union Domperidone on EGG, gastric emptying rate,motilin,gastrin,cholecystokinin for patients with postprandial distress syndrome.Methods: Subjects were these patients with postprandial distress syndrome who fit on RomeⅢinclusion criteria, 167 cases were selected randomly from outpatients and inpatients to be observed, each patient was tested HP with a 14C breath test, 80 HP-negative patients were randomly divided into two groups: 40 patients in the first group were received the treatment of domperidone(10mg Tid) for 2 weeks; 40 Patients in the second group were received treatments of domperidone(10mg Tid) union surface gastrointestinal pacemaker 30 minute twice very day for 2 weeks;87 Hp-positive patients were divided into three groups: 30 Patients in the third group who is received the anti-Hp therapy, and were received the treatment of domperidone(10mg Tid) for 2 weeks, specific anti-Hp triple therapy: using bismuth potassium citrate tablet (0.6 Bid), metronidazole tablet (0.4 Bid), amoxicillin capsule (1.0 Bid) for 1 week; 30 Patients in the fourth group who is received the anti-Hp therapy and were received the treatment of domperidone(10mg Tid) union surface gastrointestinal pacemaker 30 minute twice very day for 2 weeks; 27 Patients in the fifth group who is received the anti-Hp therapy;as the anti-Hp program was used in the third group.Patients in each group were collected fasting and foodintake 1.5 hour blood 2ml centrifuged before and after treatment, samples were stored in 4℃refrigerator, 4000rpm centrifuge 10min within 3 hour, absorb blood plasma split charging, were saved in -40℃refrigerator; Their motilin,gastrin,cholecystokinin were tested; fasting and foodintake EGG was recorded with by EGG recorder and Gastric emptying rate were tested by using X ray opaque markers before and after treatment. Results:In the first and third group: (1)Compared with the gastric electrogram bradycardia,postprandial / fasting power ratio, the reaction area,the rate of gastric and emptying before and after treatment, The four detective results were statistically significant, (P<0.05); (2)Compared with the gastrin and motilin concentration before and after treatment,The detective results were not statistically significant, (P>0.05). In the second and fourth groups: Compared with the gastric electrogram bradycardia, postprandial / fasting power ratio, the reaction area,the rate of gastric emptying, motilin and gastrin concentration before and after treatment, The detective results were statistically significant, (P<0.05);The detective results of the second group and first group and the third group and fourth group were statistically significant, (P<0.05).Compared with the cholecystokinin concentration in all group, before and after treatment was not statistically significant, (P>0.05).In the three Hp-positive groups: the fifth groups the detective results were not statistically significant, (P>0.05); except cholecystokinin,other detective results of the third group and fifth group and the fourth group and fifth group were statistically significant, (P<0.05).Correlation analysis: (1)The difference with the gastric electrogram bradycardia,postprandial / fasting power ratio, the reaction area and the rate of gastric emptying are concerned with before and after treatment by Surface Gastrointestinal Pacemaker and Domperidone,and the effect much more prominent by use Surface Gastrointestinal Pacemaker; (2)motilin and gastrin concentration are concerned treatment by Surface Gastrointestinal Pacemaker. (3)The difference with the cholecystokinin is not concerned with before and after treatment by Surface Gastrointestinal Pacemaker and Domperidone. (4)The seven index difference is not concerned with HP infection and anti-Hp therapy.Conclusions : (1) Surface Gastrointestinal Pacemaker Union Domperidone significantly increased the gastric electrogram bradycardia, postprandial / fasting power ratio, the reaction area, the rate of gastric emptying and concentration of motilin and gastrin for patients with postprandial distress syndrome, and promoted gastric motility effectively; (2) the concentration of cholecystokinin is not concerned with before and after treatment; (3) Hp infection and anti-Hp therapy have no significant correlation with gastric dynamics of patients with postprandial distress syndrome.
