Objecfive To approach the application of radical transurethral resection of bladder by harmanic scalpel.Method To retrospective analyze clinical data of 55 patients of radical transurethral resection of bladder in a hospital from Nov.2006 to April.2010, which was to be divided into detection group and control group according to whether it use harmanic scalpel in the operationResult Hemorrhage in operation and length of stay of detection group were a little lower than control group, the diference were non't statistical significance; The operation time of detection group were lower than control group, P＜0.01, the diference were statistical significance.Conclusion The clinical operation curative efect of radical transurethral resection of bladder by harmanic scalpel was safe and effect, which was to be used.
