| Objective:To observe the effectiveness,security and obedience of alendronate sodium and vitamin D3 tablets,salcatonin injection and nasal spray in treating postmenopa-usal osteoporosis,to evaluate the three medicines in improving the quality of life and to analyse the pharmacoeconomics. Methods:To divide the 144 patients into three groups randomly,alendronate sodium and vitamin D3 tablets group,salcatonin injection group and salcatonin nasal spray group.To observe the clinical research by single blind method for six months.To exercise the bone mineral density(BMD),1,25-(OH)2D3,bone gla protein(BGP) and tartrate-resistant acid phosphatase5b(TRACP5b).To evaluate the quality of life used SF-36 form.To evaluate security and obedience of the three groups.To analyse the pharmacoeconomics. Results:The BMD and 1,25-(OH)2D3 of the three groups significantly increased after 6 months of treatment compared to before treatment (P<0.05),and there had no differences among the three groups after treatment (P>0.05).The BGP and TRACP5b of the three groups significantly decreased after three months compared to before treatment and after six months of treatment compared to three months of treatment(P<0.05),and there had no differences among the three groups after three and six months of treatment(P>0.05).The quality of life of the three groups significantly improved after six months of treatment compared to before treatment(P<0.05),and there had no differences among the three groups after treatment (P>0.05).The overall effective of the alendronate sodium and vitamin D3 tablets group,salcatonin injection and nasal spray group respectively was 93.33%,92.68%and 90.70%,there had no differences among the three groups(P>0.05).The obedience of the alendronate sodium and vitamin D3 tablets group,salcatonin injection and nasal spray group respectively was 93.75%,85.42%and 89.58%.The obedience of the alendronate sodium and vitamin D3 was preferable.There had no severe adverse reactions in the there groups.The C/E of the alendronate sodium and vitamin D3 group is the lowest from the analysis of the pharmacoeconomics. Conclusion:The alendronate sodium and vitamin D3 tablets group and salcatonin injection/nasal spray groups all have significant effects in treating osteoporosis.The three medicines all can improve the quality of life.The overall effective and obedience of the alendronate sodium and vitamin D3 tablets is highst.The security of the three groups is preferable.The treatment cost of the alendronate sodium and vitamin D3 tablets is lowest. |
