| Syringa Pubescense belong to the Oleaceae family. Research indicated that this medicinal plant has anti-cirrhosis pharmacological action. In order to find out the anti-cirrhosis effective constituent from Syringa Pubescense, the extraction of n-butanol parts from Syringa Pubescens was studied. Five compounds were separated from the plant, and the structures of this 5 compounds were determined as echinacoside(1), oleuropein(2), forsythoside B(3), acteoside(4) and isoacteoside(5) on the basis of ESI-MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectroscopic evidences. The compounds forsythoside B(3), acteoside(4) and isoacteoside(5) are separated form Syringa Pubescens for the first time.Rhynchosia Volubilis Lour is a climbing herb which belongs to Rhynchosia genus. The research indicated the roots of Rhynchosia volubilis Lour has antifertility effect. Research Specialist Staff also found that Rhynchosia volubilis Lour can restrain transiently the activety of human sperm in vitro. In this paper, the study on the antifertility effective constituent of Rhynchosia volubilis Lour was carried out. Five compounds were separated from this part. The structures of this 2 compounds were determined as: quercetin 3-methyl ether 7-O-α-L-arabinofuranosyl(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside(1) and Genistin(2) on the basis of ESI-MS, 1H-NMR, 13C-NMR spectroscopic methods. The compounds quercetin 3-methyl ether 7-O-α-L-arabinofuranosyl(1-6)-β-D-glucopyranoside and Genistin are separated from this plant for the first time.Based on the effective constituent which were separated from Syringa Pubescense, the HPLC method was used to detemine the 5 compounds content which extraction from Syringa Pubescens and establish the HPLC finger-print of Syringa Pubescens active site. At the same time, a new method, NNE 13C-NMR, was used in this study. Combining with the HPLC method, a new a new quality control finger-print method (HPLC-NNE13C-NMR, high performance liquid chromatography and non nuclear Overhauser effect Carbon-13 nuclear magnetic resonance spectroscopy) was established. Using the HPLC-NNE13C-NMR mathematical formulas, the content of echinacoside, oleuropein, forsythoside B, acteoside and isoacteoside was figured out. Combined with the finger-print of NNE13C-NMR data from Syringa Pubescens, the quality standard of Syringa Pubescens active site was establishedIn this research, 7 compounds were isolated from the two plants, 5 compounds were firstly separated from this two plants. The quality standard of Syringa Pubescens active part were studied by HPLC and HPLC-NNE13C-NMR methods. This research has a certain significance for Syringa Pubescense and Rhynchosia Volubilis further research and development. |
