Objective In order to observe and comparative analysis HRV of patients among coronary heart disease, panic disorder and comorbid coronary heart disease and panic disorder to understand the changes in autonomic nerve function. The study may be provided a theoretical reference for treatment and prognosis of comorbid coronary heart disease and panic disorder. And thus, further understand the relationship between panic disorder and coronary heart disease to guide the clinical therapy. Methods 103 inpatients were sampled from vasculocardiology deparment of the First Hospital Affiliated To Henan University of Science And Technology from October in 2009 to July in 2010.All cases must conform the diagnostic standard and exclusion standards of CHD or(and) PD. They were divided into three groups which CHD group 40 patients is , PD group 36 patients, comorbid CHD and PD group27 patients, and control group were selected examination of the volunteers in our hospital of the corresponding period. They all had electrocardiogram, echocardiography and coronary angiography. Using 24h Holter monitoring system to analyse the time domain and frequency domain of HRV. The time domain index including SDNN,SDANN,PNN50,RMSSD,frequency domain had LF,HF. Mean comparison in groups was conducted with variance analysis and the pairwise comparison was performed with SPSS 17.0 software.Results1,In CAD group, the time domain index SDNN,SDANN,PNN50,RMSSD and frequency domain LF,HF of HRV decreased compared with control group, there was statistical significance(P<0.05);2,In PD group, the time domain index SDNN,SDANN,PNN50,RMSSD and frequency domain LF,HF of HRV decreased compared with control group, there was statistical significance(P<0.05);3,In comorbid CHD and PD group, the time domain index SDNN,SDANN, PNN50,RMSSD and frequency domain LF,HF of HRV decreased compared with control group, there was statistical significance(P<0.05);4,In comorbid CHD and PD group, the time domain index SDNN,SDANN,PNN50,RMSSD and frequency domain LF,HF of HRV decreased compared with CHD group, there was statistical significance(P<0.05);5,In comorbid CHD and PD group, the time domain index SDNN,SDANN,PNN50,RMSSD and frequency domain LF,HF of HRV decreased compared with PD group, there was statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion1,The HRV decreased of CHD patients indicated that parasympathetic nervous function was lower and sympathetic nervous function was relatively higher. The autonomic nervous function was disorder. The risk of malignant arrhythmias and sudden death was increased;2,The HRV decreased of PD patients indicated that parasympathetic nervous function was lower and sympathetic nervous function was relatively higher. The autonomic nervous function was disorder. The risk of malignant arrhythmias and sudden death was increased;3,The patients HRV of comorbid CHD and PD compared with CHD or PD were significantly decreased, indicated that parasympathetic nervous function was lower and sympathetic nervous function was relatively higher. The autonomic nervous function disorder was significant. The risk of malignant arrhythmias and sudden death was more increased;4,The autonomic nervous function disorder of the patients could be mediator in psychophysiological mechanism, which had influence on occurrence, development and prognosis of CHD.
