Objective: To investigate the impact of endometriosis on the expressions of 6 type of gene and protein in eutopic endometrium of women with infertility during window phase. Methods: Fifteen eutopic endometrium samples of window phase were obtained from infertile women associated with endometriosis who had been confirmed by laparoscope, 15 eutopic endometrium specimens drived from women with salpingemphraxic aciesis were used for comparison, 6 differential proteins were identified by means of DIGE-2D combining with MALDI TOF/TOF mass spectrometric analysis, including Peroxiredoxin-3, 14-3-3 protein, Heat-shock proteins B1, SERPINA1, Ataxin-10 and SERINB5, which were further detected by fluorescence quantitative real time PCR, Western blotting and immunohistochemistry.Results:1)The expression of mRNA by six genes in window phase were compared in experimental group which comprised of 15 cases of endometriosis and infertilitas and control group of 15 tubal infertility patients by the use of RT-PCR .There is a down regulation of the expression of mRNA by SerpinB5 in experimental group which has a statistical significance when compared with control group(P
