Objective To investigate the correlation of allergic rhinitis and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps in the Ningxia region.Methods in April~September 2009 doctor in Ningxia Medical University Hospital, Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery diagnosed as allergic rhinitis, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, allergic rhinitis associated with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps 116 patients, followed by grouping the experimental groupⅠ: allergic rhinitis (AR) group (46 cases), the experimental groupⅡ: chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (CRSwNP) group (46 cases), the experimental groupⅢ: allergic rhinitis associated with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps (AR & CRSwNP) group (24 cases), while the normal control group (31 cases); then the experimental groupⅡ,Ⅲwere total 70, Reference to the sea in 1997 to develop the chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps the clinical typing and staging and endoscopic sinus surgery evaluation standard, divided 15 cases of typeⅡstage 1, 36 cases of typeⅡstage 2, 7 cases of typeⅡstage 3 , 12 cases of typeⅢ. All the selected objects line routine examination of Otorhinolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery, and use Danmaiaier - to produce excellent safety Abbe de tat prick solution (including the room mainly pollen mold dust mites and other 10 kinds of common inhalant allergens) to skin prick test, while all the selected objects with conventional intravenous blood 3ml-5ml, under room temperature (20-25℃) coagulation (60±10) min, 2500r/min centrifugalized 10 minutes, and then serum was moved to Eppendorf tubes, in -80℃refrigerator until the blood collection complete, the line measured by enzyme-linked immunosorbent assay of serum specific IgE concentration of selected objects, the information obtained to describe the single-factor variance analysis,χ~2testing.Results (1) specific IgE in the experimental groupⅠtotal positive rate was 83.3%, mainly concentrated in specific IgE grade 0 to 3 level, with one main, the allergen-specific IgE-positive rate from big to small followed the order of house dust mite (90.9%), German cockroach (90.0%), wormwood (87.5%), pollenⅣ(87.5%), dust mite (83.3%), dog hair (75.0%) , ragweed (71.4%), pollenⅠ(50.0%), cat hair (50.0%); specific IgE in the experimental groupⅡtotal positive rate was 75.0%, mainly concentrated in specific IgE grade 0,1,3 level, with one main The allergen-specific IgE-positive rate from big to small followed the order of wormwood (100.0%), cat hair (100.0%), German cockroach (80.0%), house dust mite (75.0%), dust mite ( 75.0%), dog hair (75.0%), ragweed (50.0%), pollenⅣ(50.0%); specific IgE in experimental groupⅢtotal positive rate was 87.5%, mainly concentrated in specific IgE grade 0 to 3 level, with one main, the allergen-specific IgE-positive rate from big to small followed the order of wormwood (100.0%), German cockroach (100.0%), pollenⅣ(100.0% ), dog hair (100.0%), cat hair (100.0%), moldⅣ(100.0%), dust mite (75.0%), house dust mite (66.7%); (2) experimental groupⅠ: specific IgE concentration, 10.33±2.12 (ku / l); experimental groupⅡ: specific IgE concentration, 8.43±2.23 (ku / l); experimental groupⅢ: specific IgE concentration, 15.28±2.16 (ku / l); control group: specific IgE concentration, 1.03±3.96 (ku / l); experiment GroupⅢwas highest in concentration of specific IgE, the experimental groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲof specific IgE levels were significantly higher, the data were analyzed by ANOVA, F value 64.530, P = 0.000 <0.05, Shows the experimental groupⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲwere compared with the control group were significantly different; (3)allergic rhinitis associated with chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps, a total of 24 cases, of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps about - the total number of patients (namely, experimental groupⅡ,Ⅲof total) 34.3% (24/70), typeⅡstage 1 patients with allergic rhinitis accounted for 20.0%, typeⅡstage 2 patients with allergic rhinitis accounted for 38.9%, typeⅡstage 3 patients with allergic rhinitis accounted for 14.3%, typeⅢof patients with allergic rhinitis accounted for 50.0%, A statistical analysis, correlation coefficient (Gamma) = 1.000, P = 0.000<0.05, it may be that the change should be factor changes and the typing and staging of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps was significantly associated;Conclusion (1) This study was to understand the Ningxia region of allergic rhinitis, chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps concentrated in specific IgE grade 0 to 3 level, with one main(namely lowwer) , It showed that in the Ningxia region allergic rhinitis and chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps in patients with serum specific IgE concentration is not too high. Wormwood, German cockroach, house dust mites, pollenⅣallergen relatively strong response is important in Ningxia allergens, attention should be paid. (2) allergic rhinitis chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps have significant effect, when the two diseases with the presence of serum specific IgE was significantly increased. (3) Ningxia chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps and allergic rhinitis combined ratio of about 34.3%, the recurrence of chronic rhinosinusitis with nasal polyps relates allergic rhinitis.
