| With the development of experimental techniques of molecular biology, bioinfor- matics, gene sequencing technology and computer technology and the successful completion of the human genome mapping draft, the modern life sciences have entered a post-genomic era. However the complex biological networks can not be explained by the research of only one single gene, which is a challenge that must be faced in the post-genome era. Fortunately, as a new high-throughput detection method which can simultaneously measure thousands of gene expression levels, gene microarray has become a powerful tool to help understand the interaction between genes in post-genomic era. Gene microarray is widely used in scientific research, bio-pharmace- utical industry and medical diagnostics since its occurrence. In recent years, the application of gene microarray in the pathological diagnosis is paid more and more attention. This article collected 5 sets of Affymetrix oligonucleotide microarray data about B cell lymphoma, then construct and analyze the gene expression regulation network based on these B cell lymphoma data. At last the related pathways were analyzed by GeneGo database. We obtain 86 related pathways which have statistical significance, especially the pathway: transcription factor tubby signaling pathways.We hope this article can provide theoretical guidance for the experiment and diagnosis of B cell lymphoma. |
