Objective: To investigate the cardiovascular surgical techniques in renal cancer with inferior vena cava tumor thrombus in the surgical treatment applicationsMethods: 2 cases of renal cell carcinoma in our hospital with high inferior vena cava tumor thrombus in patients, one case combined with cardiopulmonary bypass, one case combined with in vitro venous bypass, radical nephrectomy and inferior vena cava tumor thrombus removal surgery. Results: Smooth operation, 2 cases were complete resection of the tumor and the inferior vena cava and right atrium tumor thrombus. 1 case of follow-up year, no recurrence and distant metastasis of signs; one case of lung metastasis after 1 year due to systemic failure. Conclusion: Cardiovascular surgical technology enables operation at a relatively bloodless surgical field carried out, a good operative field exposure, prolonged operative time in the absence of the premise of improving the vena cava tumor thrombus within the success rate of removal, to reduce intraoperative and postoperative complications the incidence of disease, improve the quality of life of patients and prolong survival in renal tumor with vena cava tumor thrombus in patients with high surgical treatment has important application value.
