| Oxytropis kansuensis Bunge is one of toxic plant species of Oxytropis.Modern pharmacology research has elucidated this plant has lots of pharmacological and biological activities such as detoxification sores,bleeding diureric,cure a variety of bleeding disorders.in the Tibetan and Mongolian medicine.Studies have shown that Swainsonine have strong anti-tumor activity in O.kansuensis Bunge.The chemical constituents and pharmacological activities of Oxytropis were reviewed in this thesis.In addition,we made the systemic studies on the O.kansuensis Bunge,which has the distinct pharmacological activities and the extensive distribution in the northwest of China.Silica gel column chromatographic method was used to isolate and purify the constituents from the extract of O.kansuensis Bunge.The structures of the compounds were elucidated by various spectroscopic methods including NMR spectrometer and high resolution mass spectrometry,and the known compounds were identified on the basis of comparing their NMR data with those of corresponding compounds in the literature.Sixteen compounds were isolated from O.kansuensis Bunge and elucidated as kansuensisoside A(1), rhamnocitrin(2),rhamnocitrin-3-O-β-D-galactopyranoside(3),rhamnocitrin-3-O-β-D-galactopy ranosde-4'-O-β-D-glucuronospyranoside(4),(+)-10-methoxymedicarpin(5),(-)-10-oxymedicar pin(6),7β-droxysitosterol(7),7α-hydroxysitosterol(8),5,11-stigmastadien-3β-ol(9),β-sitosterol (10),β-daucosterin(11),soyasapogenolB(12),3-0-[β-D-glucopyranosyl(1-2)-β-D-glucopyranos y1]soyasapogenolB(13),3-O-[α-L-rhamnopyranosyl(1-2)-β-D-glucopyranosyl(1-2)-β-D-gluco pyranosy1]soyasapogenol B(14), Swainsonine(15), DL-3-O-methyl-inositol(16). Among them, kansuensisoside A(1)was a new compound, other compounds were all isolated from this plant for the first time except swainsonine(15). |
