objective To investigate the treatment principle of unstable pelvic fracture and its complication.Method By analysis the diagnose and treatment of an unstable pelvic fracture case in gestational period,to summarize the treatment experience of unstable pelvic fracture in gestational period.Result Open reduction and internal fixation generates fine efffect to unstable pelvic fracture in gestational period.Conclusion As well as follow the general principle,the treatment of unstable pelvic fracture must be individuated.fully estimate the stability of pelvic fracture and standard treatment of complication were significant to the curative effect and prognosis of pelvic fracture.
