In contrast to its rather low incidence, (OC) represents the most lethal neoplasm of the female genital tract. In this paper, ovarian cancer gene expression data was used for the study, and we used a novel network-based construction method to find key genes, GeneGo database was used to search the ovarian cancer-related pathways. In the pathway analysis ,we found a few important pathways which were related to ovarian cancer, and received meaningful results. With the GeneGo database , the p-value was taken less than 0.05. In this paper, we found 32 statistically significant pathways, 22 pathways of which were not verfied in the pubmed database. We did a detailed analysis of the pathways which were not verfied in the pubmed database. The final conclusion is: Role of Activin A in cell differentiation and proliferation,Beta-2 adrenergic-dependent CFTR expression,EDG5 and EDG3 in cell proliferation and differentiation may be new ovarian cancer-related pathways ,but they need further experimental testing.
