Objective:To investigate the peripheral blood CD4+ T cells, CD8+ T cells, CD4+CD25+ regulatoryT cells, NK cell levels and the relationship between the degree of coronary artery disease and its significance.Methods134 cases were recruited in the study, according to clinical manifestations, diagnostic coronary angiography divided into 4 groups: 34 cases of acute myocardial infarction (AMI) , 49 cases of unstable angina pectoris (UAP), 20 cases of stable angina pectoris (SAP) and 31 cases of chest pain syndrome as the control group, using flow cytometry for detection of peripheral blood CD3 + CD4 + T cells, CD3 + CD8 + T cells, CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells (divided into CD4CD25 + T cells and CD4+CD25 + + T cells), NK (CD3-CD16 + CD56 +) cell subsets account for the proportion of lymphocytes. And for the first time at home and abroad,we analyze the correlation of T cell subsets , NK cell levels and Gensini score in patients with coronary artery disease and the control group,Results1. CD4 + T cells, CD8 + T cells, CD4 + CD25 + T cells, CD4 + CD25 + + T cells and NK cell of patients in each group account for total lymphocytesCD4 + T cells: AMI group, UAP group, SAP group and control group are in turn lower; and compared with the control group and SAP group, AMI group and UAP group of CD4 + T cell ratio was significantly higher (p <0.05).CD8 + T cells: AMI group, UAP group, SAP group and control group in turn increased; AMI group was significantly lower than others, UAP group was significantly lower than in the control group (p <0.05).CD4 + T cells / CD8 + T cells: no significant difference between groups (p = 0.497, not listed in the table).CD4CD25 + T cells: AMI group, UAP group and control group, SAP group in turn increased; and compared with the control group and SAP group, AMI group and UAP group were significantly lower; AMI group was significantly than in UAP group higher (p <0.05).CD4CD25 + + T cells: AMI group, UAP group and control group, SAP group in turn increased; AMI group was significantly lower than in the other group (p <0.05).NK cells: AMI group, UAP group and control group, SAP group in turn increased; AMI group and the UAP group was significantly lower than in the control group, AMI group than in UAP group was significantly lower, SAP group was significantly higher than other groups, (p <0.05) .1. CD4 + T cells, CD8 + T cells, CD4CD25 + T cells, CD4CD25 + + T cells, NK cells in each group and Gensini correlation integralCD8 + T cells was negatively correlated with the Gensini points (rank correlation coefficient =- 0.209, p = 0.027); CD4CD25 + T cells was negatively correlated with the Gensini points (rank correlation coefficient =- 0.400, P <0.01), CD4CD25 + + T Gensini points cells and negatively correlated (rank correlation coefficient =- 0.38, P <0.01), The remaining variables and Gensini integral rank correlation coefficient was not statistically significant. Conclusion:Immune response in the occurrence of atherosclerosis play an important role in the development process. Oxidative stress such as endothelial dysfunction is caused by atherosclerosis pathophysiological basis of the occurrence and development. In which macrophages and lymphocytes in the immune defense have an important role in endothelial injury induced by a variety of risk factors can lead to adhesion of monocytes and lymphocytes gathered at the endodermis, causing the body protective immune response. CD4 + increased, CD8 + T cells, CD4 + CD25 + regulatory T cells, NK cells, to reduce coronary heart disease may reflect the abnormal enhanced impaired immune response and immune regulation, their involvement in the occurrence of atherosclerosis development. With the damage to the immune regulation increased, coronary lesions may increase the number and degree of stenosis...
