Objective:To discuss the serum inhibin B, FSH, LH, E2 concentrations and its value on predict ovarian reserve. Methods:To measure serum inhibin B, FSH, LH, E2 concentrations in 30 premature ovarian failure women,18 poor ovarian response women and 26 healthy women. Results:The serum inhibin B concentrations in premature ovarian failure women was (14.38±11.65) pg/ml, in poor ovarian response women was (49.34±9.79) pg/ml, in healthy women was (69.42±27.91) pg/ml, There was significantly difference among these three groups. There was no difference of serum FSH, E2 concentrations between healthy women and poor ovarian response. but to premature ovarian failure women it was significantly difference. Conclusions:The decrease of serum inhibin B concentration is a direct sign of decreased ovarian reserve. It is earlier and more sensitive than the increase of FSH and the decrease of E2. inhibin B concentration is valuable on predict ovarian reserve.
