Objective:Study on all kinds of relevant risk factors of effecting the deep fungal infections in surgical intensive care unit.make relevant clinical measurements to decreas it's incidence and the fatality rate. Methods:This article adopts case-control study. The data of 657 cases were analyzed from January,2007 to August,2008 in the people's Hospital of Xing Jiang Urumchi Autonomous. In it,30 cases accord with deep fungal infections were collected as cases,60 cases which were matched according to collected as control. The factors to be investigated include age, abroad-antibiotic used, operation of stomache, invasive operation, primary disease, mechanical ventilation or not, using hormone or not, mixed infection or not. T test, chi-square test and Logistic regression analysis were used for statistics. Result: According to single factor analysis results, the factors associated with patients age, Chronic Obstructive, mechanical ventilation, mixed infection, using hormone. Multivariate Logistic regression analysis identifies three independent factors:antibiotic used, invasive operation, using hormone. Conclusions:The deep fungal infections of surgical intensive care unit were cause of many risk factors.using of abroad-antibiotic,invasive operation, using hormone are the independent risk factors of surgical intensive care unit.
