ObjectivesThrough the detection of bFGF's expression in the rabbit ankle arthritis injury model,and observation of articular cartilage injury to understanding of The therapy effect of ultrashort wave therapy and pulsed magnetic field on ankle arthritis.MethodsCheck the health of 35 adult rabbits,weighing roughly equal.Using random number table to select 7 as the blank group (A group), the remaining 28 making use of intra-articular injection of OA injury model. After the success of the model,according to the former method were randomly divided into B no treatment,C ultrashort wave treatment,D pulsed magnetic field treatment,E the combination treatment; C and E group followed by 20 minutes to give the same intensity of ultrashort wave treatment, D and E group followed by 20 minutes to give the same intensity of pulsed magnetic field treatment, The three groups were treated 15 days.The rabbits were 16 days after treatment of air embolization death method executed operative ankle joint capsule incision,exposed articular cartilage observed articular cartilage injury healing.Observation of the operative side after the gastrocnemius check for HE staining and immunohistochemical staining to observe the degree of articular cartilage cell's quantity,morphous and the expression of Bfgf intensity differences. Results1.macroscopic observation:compared with control group,each therapy group shows signifieantly better degree of articular cartilage regeneration.2.compared with control group,the quantity and arrangement of each therapy group to have the difference by histology examination.3.The expression of bFGF inereased during the injured cartlilage regeneration;group A had difference between group B,C,D and E (P<0.05),there was no significant differences between B group and D group,the same to C group and E group (P>0.05),between the group B. C and the groupD,E,respectively difference (P<0.05).Conelusion1.The USW and PEMFs therapy have obvious effect on the reeoveryof articular cartlilage injury,compared with PEMFs,USW therapy to be the better,the two have no the synergism.2.The expression of bFGF inereased during the injured cartilage regeneration, the USW therapy promotes the expression of bFGF during articular cartilage injury.
