Objective:Evaluation of spatio-temporal image correlation (STIC) technology combined with Multi-planner method, and compared with two-dimensional fetal echocardiography in images displayed the standard fetal heart rate of STIC technology, To explore the application value of using spatio-temporal image correlation (STIC) technology in fetal cardiac scanning and fetal cardiovascular malformations. Methods:Heart volume data using four-dimensional ultrasound was acquired with STIC in 100 normal fetuses ranging between 19 and 36 weeks of gestation, and 8 cases which was diagnosis of fetal cardiovascular malformations, collection volume of data at the level of four-chamber view and sagittal view in some of the fetus, An off-line analysis of acquired volume datasets was performed to examine and retrospective analysis, The statistically significant difference in obtained image between the two methods were compared and the basic imaging method was explored and analyzed. Results:The 100 volume datasets were collected from healthy fetal heart with spatio-temporal image correlation (STIC). Among 97cases, there was no significant difference in qualified rate of image quality (4C, five chamber heart, LVOR, RVOT,3VT, superior and inferior vena) between STIC and two-dimentional ultrasound in 97 cases (P> 0.05). in qualified rate of image quality (the long axis of the aortic arch and arterial arch) between STIC and two-dimentional ultrasound, there was significant difference in volume data at the level of four-chamber view in 73 cases(P<0.05),and there was no significant difference in volume data at the level of sagittal view in 24 cases (P>0.05).8 cases has been diagnosis of fetal congenital heart disease, cardiovascular malformations involving a total of 16, volume data processing and analysis to fully reproduce and diagnose when the two-dimensional screening missed a persistent left superior vena, and can show more non-standard aspect.Conclusion:1. spatio-temporal image correlation (STIC) technology combined with Multi-planner method can display the standard planes of fetal heart.2.STIC technology can get a complete heart section in to collection volume of data at the level of four-chamber view and sagittal view, and may added diagnosis of cardiovascular malformations than two-dimensional ultrasound in fetal echocardiography.3. Application of STIC technology to collect the fetal heart volume database, to supplement the two-dimensional echocardiography ultrasound diagnosis of fetal cardiovascular malformations.
