The Effect Of Yang RF Therapy For Liver Cancer Experimental Studies On Responses After Treatment

Objective:Liver cancer is a common serious threat to human life and health of the malignant tumor,early diagnosis is low,highly malignant and high mortality. Percutaneous radiofrequency ablation (RFA) is a less traumatic,effect of fast,safe and effective minimally invasive treatment of liver cancer. RFA in the anti-tumor tissues,but also damage normal tissue and inevitably have some side effects , generally occur after RFA in patients with fever , elevated aminotransferases,such as heat or yin deficiency drug phenomenon of hot cards. Therefore,it is more comprehensive therapy to improve efficacy and reduce adverse reactions. Integrative Medicine is an important part of Chinese medicine is a case of multiple reports of a lack of systematic and standardized.Cyclic nucleotides (cAMP,cGMP) are important intracellular second messenger in cell metabolism,gene regulation,proliferation,differentiation, etc,and have an important role,which metabolic disorders in the bodycan cause cell differentiation,abnormal proliferation,leading to body dysfunction. Cortisol (CORT) is a steroid hormone,physiological conditions,a variety of metabolic processes involved in the body and help tissue repair,increased cortisol under stress the body can adjust and adapt to environmental disturbance conducive to remission and recovery,However,excessive increase or decrease over the body can cause metabolic disorders and complications such as suppression of the immune response.In this study,VX2 squamous cell lines established by transplantation of rabbit liver tumor model in parallel RFA treatment,and detection of VX2 rabbit liver tumor before and after surgery and medicine RFA Effect of Yang capsule before and after intervention blood,liver and kidney function,CORT,cAMP,cGMP dynamic changes,and intervention in the light microscope observation of liver pathological changes,to observation of Effect of Yang model of hepatic tumor response after RFA explore the effect of RFA treatment of cancer,Chinese medicine and treatment to improve the RFA possible molecular mechanism.Methods and Results:Experiment 1 Methods: With transplantation tumor model of rabbit liver transplantation.The rabbit were divided into 4 groups,A Prevention group;B treated group;C antibiotic Group;D control group. B ultrasound-guided RFA in the treatment of descending,animals were sacrificed after two weeks and do liver biopsy in the optical microscope observation ang routine testing before and after treatment and changes in liver and kidney function. Results:A,B,C group shows a large number of cells,coagulation necrosi,blood routine,liver and kidney function changes are statistically significant,B,C group shows a small amount of inflammatory cells,especially C.Group D no change.onclusion:in antitoxic method can improve the effects of radiofrequency ablation and radiofrequency ablation significantly reduce or mitigate the damage of normal tissue.Experiment 2 Methods:Will be 40 New Zealand white rabbits using rabbit liver transplantation tumor model,A:Medicine in the intervention group;RF Group;Model group;Control group. B ultrasound-guided RFA in the treatment of descending. 1 day before and 1,3,5,7 days after detection of CORT,cAMP,cGMP dynamic change,Rusults:CORT after RFA increased prevalence of cAMP and,cGMP reduces the phenomenon of,significantly increase cAMP,reduce the cGMP and to the extent appropriate,fluctuations in CORT. Conclusions:Traditional Chinese Medicine by Yin antitoxic capsule may increase cAMP,reduce the cGMP second messenger to activate the human body and activate the HPA so that CORT fluctuations to the extent appropriate to improve RFA treatment.Results:.In this study,we were successfully transplanted tumor in rabbit animal model of liver transplantation in B-guided RFA treatment. Conclusions:The efect of Yang capsule was found that traditional Chinese medicine may be increased by cAMP,GMP and start lowering the body to make a second messenger and activates HPA CORT fluctuations in the extent appropriate to reduce or mitigate the damage of normal tissues and improve the efficacy of RFA.
