To explore the clinical significance of forearm superficial palmar vein net in complicated palm or digital replantation Methods:1. To study corpse sample:The anatomical observation study were performed in order to find out the position, morphology character, number, outside diameter and the status of valve; The anatomical observation and statistical analysis were performed in order to find out the position, gross morphology and outside diameter of superficial palmar arch, arteria digitalis communis and digital intrinsic artery; 2. Clinical application:The forearm superficial palmar vein net were grafted in blood vessel severity damage that can not direct repair by severity crush injury of palm. Results:Through anatomical observation:superficial vein net were formed by the branchs of cephalic vein, median antebrachial vein and basilic vein intercross under the forearm palmaris subcutaneous. The superficial veins have differ outside diameters (0.5mm～2.3mm) with forms that are always suit to superficial palmar arch, arteria digitalis communis and proper palmar digital arteries(0.8mm～2.7mm), and the most suit forearm superficial vein net in the 2,3,4 area, ulnaris superficial veins amount more than radialis.
