Studay Of Comparation Between Prescription And Syndrome About Hyperplasia Of The Mammary Gland

1.ObjectiveThe purpose of this study was to explore the key symptoms and herbs on hyperplasia of the Mammary gland about Stagnation of liver qi,Phlegm--static coagulation and Disharmony of Chong and Conception Vessel,to find out the differentiation of syndromes and regulations of medicine usage,and the distinctions and relations between the three types of syndrome,and to establish stable relations between prescription and syndrome about HMG,thus it can provide the theoretical basis for clinical study,and to establish foundation of diagnostie standardization on syndromes which is more objeetive,applieable and operable.2.MethodThe thesis collect clinical cases about HMG from 1989 to 2008.A clinical case report form was used in this study.There were a series of indexes being colleeted including ages,courses of disease,Chinese medieine symptoms and the herbs.According to symptoms,Their symptoms and signs were collected to establish initial diagnostic and herbs use standardization on syndromes by describing analysis,association rule,golden section.3.ResultsThe thesis contains 292 clinic cases that fit the required diagnostic criteria of HMG,the result shows that the basic symptoms of Stagnation of liver qi,Phlegm--static coagulation and Disharmony of Chong and Conception Vessel are breast lumps,breast pain,pain increased premenstrual or after angry,insomnia,pale tongue with thin,white coating and thready pulse.Besides,the symptoms such as irritable,chest pain, emotional depression are used in Stagnation of liver qi; menstrual pain,irritable,color dark period,chest pain in Phlegm--static coagulation;weak at waist and knee,menstrual disorder, scanty periods,lassitude,pale menstruation in Disharmony of Chong and Conception Vessel.The basic herbs of the three types of syndrome of HGM are Chaihu,Danggui,Baisha o,Xiangfu,Beimu.Besides,the herbs such as Chenpi,Yujin,Xiakucao in Stagnation o f liver qi;Danshen,Chenpi,Yujin,Chuanxiong,Chuanshajia,Xiakucao in Phlegm-stat ic coagulation;Lujiaoshuang, Xianlingpi,Tusizi in Disharmony of Chong and Conceptio n Vessel.4.ConclusionUnder the guideline of corresPondenee between syndrome and prescription,the thesis finds out the basic features about symptoms and herbs of Stagnation of liver qi,Phlegm--static coagulation and Disharmony of Chong and Conception Vessel of HGM by describing analysis, association rule,golden section.It reveals the correspondence between syndrome and prescription of HGM,thus,it provides a theoretical basic for clinical treatment for HGM.
