The Influence Of Bushenhuoxue Decoction On The Ovarian Dysfunction Rats Models Induced With Repeated Immobilization Stress

Objective With studying the protective effect of Bushenhuoxe Decoction on the ovarian function of the female rats with repeated immobilization stress to interpret the mechanism of Bushenhuoxe Decoction on preventing the hyop-ovarianism.Method The pepeated immobilization stress was used to induce the ovarian dysfunction models in female rats and the rats were i.g. administered with Bushenhuoxe Decoction. The ovarian function was evaluated by detecting the levels of gonadal hormone and INH-ACT-FS.Results Bushenhuoxe Decoction could remarkably increase the levels of E2,INH and FS and decrease the levels of ACTA in blood serum in the female rats with repeated immobilization stress.Conclusion Bushenhuoxe Decoction showed significantly protective effect on the ovarian function of the female rats with repeated immobilization stress.
