| Aim:to investigate the effects ofβ1-intergrin, E-cadherin, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 on development and occurrence of human cancer of endometrium. Methods:the experimental groups were divided into normal and cancer endometrium groups. Cancer endometrium group were subdivided into well, moderately and poorly differentiated groups. The expressions ofβ1-intergrin, E-cadherin, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 were studied by immunohistochemisty. SPSS software and rank sum test were used to analysis the difference. Results:1.β1-intergrin positive cells in the well, moderately and poorly differentiated cancer were 42.9%,61.5% and 40%, respectively.β1-intergrin-positive cells in the normal group was not observed. Compared to normal group,β1-intergrin was significantly increased in the cancer of endometrium (χ2=9.12, P=0.0278); 2. E-cadherin positive cells in the well, moderately and poorly differentiated cancer were 71.4%,92.3% and 100%, respectively. In addition, E-cadherin positive cells in the normal group was 90%. There was no significant difference between cancer and normal groups (χ2=4.867, P=0.162)。3 MMP-9 positive cells in the well, moderately and poorly differentiated cancer were 71.4%,76.9% and 80%, respectively. MMP-9 positive cells in the normal group were 20%. There is significant difference between normal and cancer of endometrium((χ2=10.54, P=0.0145).4. TIMP-1 positive cells in the well, moderately and poorly differentiated cancer were 21.4%,53.8% and 30%, respectively. TIMP-1 positive cells were not observed in the normal endometrium. Siginificant differeence was detected between normal and cancer of endometrium(χ2=8.40, P=0.0385).5. The expressions ofβ1-intergrin and MMP-9 among the well, moderately and poorly differentiated cancer of endometrium are significantly different (χ2=822, P=0.0417;χ2=12.76, P =0.0052). In contrast, the expressions of E-cadherin and TIMP-1 among the well, moderately and poorly differentiated cancer of endometrium are not sinificant differences (χ2=3.22, P=0.358;χ2=7.51, P=0.0572).6. Using Spearman's software, the correlation among adhesion molecules showed thatβ1-intergrin was correlated with E-cadherin, MMP-9 and TIMP-1(P<0.05); E-cadherin was not correlated with TIMP-1 (P>0.05); and MMP-9 was correlated with E-cadherin, TIMP-1 andβ1-intergrin(P<0.05). Conclusion:1 The expressions ofβ1-intergrin, MMP-9 and TIMP-1 in the cancer of endometrium are increased significantly.2. The lower expression of E-cadherinin in the poorly differentiated cancer of endometrium suggests it may invovle the transference of cancer of endometrium.3 with cancer differentiation decreasing, (31-intergrin expression is decreased, but MMP-9 expression is increased. Moreover, the difference is significant (P<0.05). suggesting thatβ1-integrin and MMP-9 may involve the malignance of cancer of endometrium.4.with cancer differentiation decreasing, expressions of E-cadherin and TIMP-1 are decreased. The expression between E-cadherin and TIMP-1 are not significant difference(P>0.05)。... |
