Clinical Observation On The Refractory Ascites Resulted From Hepatcirrohosis Treated By TongZe Recipe Combination With Ultrafiltration And Reinfusion Of Ascites

ObejectiveTo observe the effect of TongZe Recipe combination with concentrated ascites reinfusion ultrafiltration on refractory ascites resulted from hepatocirrhosis, compared with that of Western conventional treatment. Discusses the mechanism of TongZe Recipe on liver cirrhosis with ascites initially, to provide the beneficial reference for clinical treatment on liver cirrhosis with ascites reasonably.Method100 cases were selected to take part in the randomized.100 patients were randomly divided into a treatment group and a control group.50 cases of the treatment group were treated with TongZe Recipe+concentrated ascites reinfusion ultrafiltration+ basic therapy. While 50 cases of the control group were treated with concentrated ascites reinfusionultrafiltration+basic therapy. The course of treatment was 1 month. The frequency of concentrated ascites reinfusion ultrafiltration was once a week. Observated the changes of weight, abdomen circumference,24 hours urinary output and liverfuction.ResultsThe patients of both groups were improved. The improvement of clinical symptom in treatment group was significantly superior to that in control group. The improvement of liver function in treatment group was better than that in control group, which has significant difference between two groups according to statistic analysis (P<0.05). And the difference between the before and the after treatment were also apparent (P<0.05)in two groups respectively. The level of serum creatinine changes in the degree of improvement than the control group,by statistical analysis there were significant differences(P<0.05), compared the treatment group and control group before and after treatment compared before and after treatment, there were significant differences (P<0.05). Treatment group before and after abdominal circumference and average 24h urine change significantly, than the control group, statistical significant difference (P<0.05); the treatment group compared before and after the project had significant differences(P<0.05); control group average of 24h urine before and after treatment were significantly different (P<0.05), but the abdomen did not change significantly, no significant difference (P>0.05). After treatment, serum sodium and urine sodium situation between the two groups, the difference was significant (P<0.05).Conclusion Clinical observation indicates that the treatment group using the formula to treat liver cirrhosis ascites has better efficiency in curative effect, improvement of symptoms and signs, resuming liver function than that in the control group, which just with western medicine therapy. And it also reduces the various complications, the recurrence rate, the pain and improves survival quality of life, in addition, it is safety and economy, is worthy to be popularized. The therapy of combination ofChinese traditional and western medicine has good effect on ascites due to eirrhosis.
