The Effects Of The Different Pressure On The Rabbit's Skin Flap

Objectives: Observing the naked eye and pathological changes of rabbit skin flaps under different pressures to search the safe value of the wound dressing pressure.Methods: 36 adult New Zealand rabbits were divided into four groups randomly, each group was 9. The rabbit's model of skin flaps were built, each rabbit got four skin flaps, the area of each 2cm x 3cm, Sutured and wraped , each group with different pressure: 0kPa ,5kPa , 10kPa, 15kPa. After opration the rabbits feed on sulfa mixing feed.After 6 hours, 24 hours, 72 hours, the naked eye changes of each flap was observed, the red spots and edema,got the scores of naked eye.Then each flap was got 1 cm 2 ,for pathological examination , and chronically test scores.The skin of comprehensive score is joint two kinds of.score.Results: (1) Compared 0kPa group, 5kPa group of skin's comprehensive score, there is no significant difference. (2) Compared 10kP or 15kPa group respectively with 0kPa group,5kPa group ,the difference is significant. 15kPa group is more significant than10kPa group.(3) Time and pressure is interactive.Conclusion: (1)Pressurization and bandaged the rabbit's skin flap with 5kPa,the flap has no obvious injury, the pressure is secure . (2)10kPa and 15kPa ,caused flap's necrosis, more than the flap's tolerance, they are not used to compress and bandag. (3) Under certain pressure,the damage gradually worsen over time extended. Objectives:Design and develop the controllable airbag of elastic chest strap.Methods:Reference to the average bust of healthy female, design the length of chest strap. Because the differences over individuals breast , designed elastic belt installation.According to local structure changes , design airbag implanted in the chest belt bag size and suture parts. The drawings sent to the related factory product. Select medical disposable drainage bag, improved it and production controllable airbags. Conversion table blood pressure monitor,Made into a balloon pressure, pressure measurement equipment. Then continuous are to be made during the clinical usage.Results: Produced the controllable airbag of elastic chest strap. The length can be adjusted, the airbag are installed, the pressure may be charged and with a more conveniencee. The cost of the controllable airbag of elastic chest strap is 20 RMB each.Conclusion:Designed and produced the controllable airbag of elastic chest strap according to the purpose,it can be used in the surgery of breast cancer, but it's effect need more experiments to confirm. Objectives: Observe the clinical effect of the controllable airbag elastic chest strap post breast cancer operation,seaching for the clinical value of the controllable airbag elastic chest strap.Methods: Between Feb.2009 and Jan.2010,46 women having surgery for breast cancer at The Affiliateed Second Hospital Of Nan Hua University oncosurgery were to receive either a common thoracic girdle compressed binding(n=25),or the controllable airbag elastic chest strap compressed binding (n=21) at the completion of the procedure. The following complications were evaluated: the incidence of seroma formation and duration, the comfort level,the incidence of skin flap swelling, and the dressing time, the total cost of dressing.Results: Compared the controllable airbag elastic chest strap compressed with the common thoracic girdle compressed binding group,the controllable airbag elastic chest strap has less time of duration of seroma formation (P<0.05), seroma formation rate was not statistically significant(P>0.05), The comfort level was better (P<0.05),the incidence of skin flap swelling is lower(P<0.05), the average dressing time has shorter(P<0.05) , the total cost of dressing is lower (P<0.05).Conclusions: The controllable airbag elastic chest strap is worth promoting the use of clinical medical supplies , Patient comfort is better, skin flap (flap) swelling rate is lower, dressing time is shorter, a lower total cost of medication, prevention seroma formation has no significant difference, but it has the shorter duration.
