Expression And Significance Of Osteopontin In Spine Tuberculosis

ObjectiveThis study is designed to measur the expression of osteopontin in the spine tuberculosis and normal control tissues by immunohistochemical analysis,and to evaluated the relationship between the expression of osteopontin with spine tuberculosis.Research MethodImmunohistochemical analysis of OPN was stuydied in 29 cases of tuberculosis of spine,20 cases of normal control tissues.The expression of OPN and its relation with different partys(cervical,thoracaic and lumbar ) and different tissues(bone tissues, nearly by vertebal tissues )of spine tuberculosis was also analysed.ResultsThe expression of OPN in the spine tuberculosis was obviously stronger than in the normal control tissues with a statistical significance (P<0.05); The expression of OPN between in the cervical,thoracaic and lumbar in spine tuberculosis show no difference(p>0.05); The expression of OPN in the spine tuberculosis bone tissues was stronger than nearly by vertebal tissues in spine tuberculosis with a statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusions1.The expression of OPN had relationship in the spine tuberclosis.2.The expression of OPN had not realation in different party of spine tuberculosis .
