Experimental Research On Treatment Of Nonalcoholic Fatty Liver Disease In Rats With Tiaogan Granule

So it becomes an important issue to study the mechanisms of nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and find safe and effective traditional Chinese medicine for it.The Experimental research is designed to observe the effect of Tiaogan Granule for nonalcoholic fatty liver disease and study the mechanisms。It will provide the basis for that the Tiaogan Granule become a new Chinese patent drug. The experimental results show that Tiaogan Granule Has obvious effect of anti-lipid peroxidation, reducing body weight ,liver weight index ,liver inflammation and reducing the level of the serum ALT,AST,TC and TG.So the pathological changes in liver tissue gradually returns to normal condition.. The mechanism of Tiaogan Granule to produce these effects is closely related to that it can regulate the level of tumor necrosis factor-αand leptin. Thus, Tiaogan Granule is worthy of further research and development for its good effect on nonalcoholic fatty liver disease.
